Every Thought is Sacred

Every thought is sacred; every word is alive. The foundation’s of the material world are either built up or torn down at our minds command. It’s our thoughts that deliver us or hold us in bondage.

I choose to leave behind any thoughts keeping me from entering heaven here on earth. May every, thought, word and deed lead me the doors to heaven, where when I knock the doors are opened, and every wish is fulfilled.

So it is, I have knocked, and the doors have opened. My heart is aflame as I enter the Holy of Holies, the Kingdom of Heaven which is within me. Here in this secret place,  I worship the I AM.  Here in this secret place, I become one in mind and spirit with the Great I Am.

I know my words and worship do not return void they are spoken and then echoed in eternity as they become manifest in the physical world. So, may my every thought be wrapped in what is right and loving, may my mouth be filled with the words encompassed in healing balms. May all humankind and all creation be blessed by my presence.

“I enter the Holy of Holies
I enter through the blood of the Lamb
I enter to worship You only
I enter to honor I am
Lord, I worship You, I worship You,
Lord, I worship You, I worship You,
For Your name is Holy, Holy Lord
For Your name is Holy, Holy Lord
Let the weight of Your glory cover us
Let the life of Your river flow
Let the truth of Your kingdom reign in us
Let the weight of Your glory
Let the weight of Your glory fall”

May your life be filled with miracles, moment by moment. Blessings to you and yours, all the days of your life.  Bobby

Powerful Affirmations Starting With The Letter A

As I’m writing, I cannot adequately express how wonderful it is to be able to share my feelings and reflect upon different aspects of my spiritual journey.  I know that some people will not accept or appreciate what  I am sharing, while others are attracted to my writings, appreciating their level of authenticity, recognizing and gleaning from the writings what they may need to help support their spiritual journies.

I know this; by putting my thoughts about my walk in Christ Consciousness into writing, I’m taking the first steps past the spoken word in affirming my commitment to walking my talk and living an abundant Christ Consciousness life.

Over the next few days, I feel the need to reinstall within myself some of the basic living affirmations that help me to remember to reinforce and reaffirm who I am. When I meditate upon these powerful statements, they seem to self-activate, bringing the desires of my heart to manifest with astonishing speed.

You may want to use these  I AM affirmations in any way that supports you best. I print them out, putting them in conspicuous places throughout my home, reading them as I pass them by during the day. We Are Never Left Alone In Lifes Storms

What a blessing it is to know we’re never alone. There is nowhere we can go that our Creator is not there. God is never far away; in fact, the Kingdom of Heaven is within us so even in the midst of all of life’s storms, the Lord is always with us, as we live, move and find our being in Him.

So, let us sing songs of praise and thanksgiving, for we have overcome the world because we are one with Christ, one with the Spirit and one with God.  We know we are His because we love each other with a love that knows no bounds. We die daily to our egoic selves and leave behind negative thoughts and actions as we focus on comforting those who suffer, healing the broken hearted and bring peace into the world.

So I will praise Him with all my heart. I sing a new song to Him every day. May all the earth sing and declare the glory of the Lord.

Love and Blessings, Bobby

We Are Ever Evolving Into?

To be a human is to be ever growing in knowledge and in the ways of our spirit. Life, whether physical or spiritual is never stagnant. We are evolving either into the likeness of the I Am or into the image of our earthly focuses. For every, though we have there will come a time when there will be a  physical demonstration of that thought. So, as we think so we are, and we find ourselves evolving into nobleness or ignobleness depending on our thought life.  “He that seeketh findeth, and to him that knocketh it shall be opened;”  for as we think so we are, and only by patiently practicing the presence of God are we give opportunities to knock on the door to the kingdom of heaven, which is within themselves.

For our spiritual evolution and to bring forth the kind of person we all want to be, we must set our intentions on obtaining the likeness of the I AM, the picture of love incarnate. For me, Christ set the best example of who we can become. Thru Christ I recognize that humanity lives in a state of grace, mercy and unconditional love, which gives us the space we need to develop and evolve into the person we know that we are capable of being.  The problem we have is accepting that we are responsible for our evolution, and there is no one else to blame or give credit for our state of being, but ourselves. Christ told us that you will do great things because He is with us.  “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.”

Love and blessings,

Bobby

Heal Disease And Sickness With Thankfulness And Gratitude

Gratitude, It’s A State Of Mind And A Guiding Star

I can’t speak for everyone, but I sure am glad, I finally live most of my life in a place of gratitude. I am not bragging, I’m just claiming and acknowledging the blessings that an attitude of gratitude brings to me.

We Are Always Happy When We Are GratefulMy state of mind and spirit are not always perfect, but when my love for the attitude of gratitude even starts to fade I am quick to recognize it. I almost immediately, reset my course with gratitude once again being my guiding star. Living my life with my first intention being grateful for everything helps me to be more physically, psychology relationally and spiritually healthy.

Having an attitude of gratitude, means we live life at a higher vibration, making it easier for us, as well as those around us, to experience the joy of living at a higher level. Practicing an attitude of gratitude instills in us increased levels of peace of mind, happiness, vibrant health, and deeper, more satisfying personal relationships.

Gratitude is the one thing that cost us nothing to give, yet it attracts outrageous levels of abundance
in every area of our lives.

An attitude of gratitude seems to have an almost magical healing effect, as it clears karma while touching every part of our being, making every aspect of our life better. So, if you want to be in the best physical, psychological, relational and spiritual life, then it’s time to put your intentions on having an attitude of gratitude.

An Attitude of Gratitude Serves as the Foundation of all Healing

I have to share this with you, as it is one of the great truths, about gratitude. As a holistic practitioner, I help people to live more vibrant and healthy lives. Helping them onto to the pathway of gratitude is the first thing I always do, as I know that without they’re having an attitude of gratitude there is usually no lasting health for my clients. Yes, they get some good short-term results, as I teach them the proper ways to take care of themselves. The haunting thing is in most, case lasting healthful vibrancy eludes them if they are not able to enter into a heart of gratitude.

Having a heart of gratitude is not easy for many of my clients, we have to take baby-steps, as they have lived most of their lives caught up in emotional turmoil. Many of them have not learned the wonderful way of resting in an attitude of gratitude. Moving them towards holistic healing takes time, so we gently guide them in recognizing the little things to be grateful for first. Once they begin to practice giving thank for the smaller thing, they then soon start to acknowledge the good aspects of their lives and learn to give thanks.

We immediately see a powerful impact on their emotional and physical well-being. As our clients begin to live in “a heart of gratitude”, they start to count their blessings. All of them, without exception, feel happier, and that in turn, has a ripple effect on the rest of their life. They start to eat better, sleep better, exercise more, and undoubtedly they have fewer physical challenges. All I can say is Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Recent Scientific Studies

According to research by the Institute of HeartMath, a state of gratitude “improves the heart’s rhythmic functioning, which helps us to reduce stress, think more clearly under pressure and heal physically”. It’s physiologically impossible to be stressed and have a heart of gratitude at the same time.

Great Reasons to Live in Gratitude

“In the midst of a grateful heart, we find the peace that passes our human understanding.”

Dr. Lisa Aspinwall, professor of psychology, University of Utah, “has determined that grateful people may be more likely to:

  • Take better care of themselves physically and mentally
  • Engage in more protective health behaviors and maintenance
  • Get more regular exercise
  • Eat a healthier diet
  • Have improved mental alertness
  • Schedule regular physical examinations with their doctor
  • Cope better with stress and daily challenges
  • Feel happier and more optimistic
  • Avoid problematic physical symptoms
  • Have stronger immune systems
  • Maintain a brighter view of the future

Being grateful keeps us from focusing too much on the past, or speculating too much into the future.

A grateful heart is a happy heart that keeps us present, and happy in the prIn the midst of a grateful heart, we find the peace that passes our human understanding.esent moment. When we are grateful, the so-called “challenges of life” fade away as we focus on the joy that accompanies our thoughts of gratefulness for whatever

comes our way. In the midst of a grateful heart, we find the peace that passes our human understanding. Even as life’s storms roars about us, we honestly feel peaceful and can be safe harbors for our fellow-man who has not yet found the peace. This beautiful attitude of gratitude can only come from a heart and a mind that is rejoicing in gratefulness.

 Break Down The Walls

When we greet the morning with our minds intention focused on the spirit of gratefulness, any walls of fear or judgment, towards oneself, or to others, are demolished. We can say thank you, thank you, thank you, letting the healing warmth of a grateful heart permeate our very essence. As we move through our day, we are not so easily thrown off by the twist and turns that are part of everyday life. We are fully able to set our life’s course with grace and ease as we follow the star of gratitude.

Because our intentions are focused on being grateful, we think less and less of ourselves, yet we are always alert to what is going on within us, and around us. Every aspect of life becomes more precious, holding deeper meaning than it did before we placed our intentions on being grateful. We see what is around us, and we become awestruck, almost reverent in our observations of all sentient beings and the earth itself.

As we now see and experience everything through the purifying filter of a grateful heart, we automatically attract more reasons, things, and situations for which to be grateful. The world seems to be so alive more than we could have ever imagined. Sometimes it is hard to tell if the joy and happiness we are feeling is coming from this earthly plain or a celestial dimension.

The world bathed in the loving light of gratitude seems ethereal, more stable, more trustworthy, more solid than ever. We reflect on the actuality of this state, and we know that we are one with each other, and with the spirit, and all is exactly, as it should be.

A Few Ways To Start Living In Gratitude…it only takes a smile

1. Count your blessings. Take a few moments right now and think of one thing tor that you are grateful. Smile and think about how wonderful it is to have something in your life that you make you feel grateful.

2. Think of someone who needs your loving thoughts. Smile and send a warm thought to them, fill your heart with gratefulness, as you are making a positive difference for them by just sending them loving thoughts.

3. Smile and say thank you, thank you, thank you! Whenever a sorrowful or negative thought enters your space, just say thank you, thank you, thank you.

4. Smile and give thanks for the food that you eat. Again a simple thank you, thank you, thank you, will do miracles.

5. Smile and ask the universe to provide you with a way to show your gratitude by helping another person feel cared for and loved.

“Gratitude bestows reverence, allowing us to encounter everyday epiphanies, those transcendent moments of awe, which change forever how we experience life and the world,”– John Milton

 Everything Is A Gift

With our intentions focused on making gratitude the foundation of our lives, we begin to leave negative thoughts and emotions behind. We no longer find ourselves having room for them in a world that unfolds in perfect grace where everything is a gift.

What Can You be Grateful For? Everything!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

“At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us.” – Albert Schweitzer

In All Things Be Grateful Show Gratitude

If you want more of everything that is good for you, then be grateful and express gratitude for everything that happens in your life. There are few things more important than maintaining an attitude of gratitude; after all, what else can you give a God who has everything?

Instinctively and experientially we know the importance of being grateful and showing gratitude, but I wanted some scriptural references, so  I looked up scriptures concerning thankfulness, gratefulness, and gratitude when I came across this passage in Luke.

“Therefore consider carefully how you listen. Whoever has will be given more; whoever does not have, even what he thinks he has will be taken from him.”

I was having a difficult time understanding this verse until I took the liberty of adding in the word gratitude, then the verse made perfect sense, as its words now aligned with my instinctual and life experiences.

After reading and reading this passage in Luke, as well as related passages in Mark, this passage, as well as the other passage from Mark seem to be missing the word GRATITUDE. Without the word gratitude the verse, is confusing, even suggesting that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer, which does not align with the Christs teachings.

Let’s take a look at what a vast difference this verse makes when we add the word gratitude to the verse.

Therefore consider carefully how you listen. Whoever has GRATITUDE will be given more; whoever does not have GRATITUDE, even what he thinks he has will be taken from him.”

By putting the word gratitude into the verse it brings the verse in line with the teachings and heart of Christ. Though more than two thousand years have passed since this verse was written, its truths are as relevant today as when Christ spoke the words.

Being religious has nothing to do with our living out our lives in a state of gratefulness. The Creator meant for all of us to live an abundant life and a key to experiencing that life is to always remember to be grateful for everything and in all situations. Having a heart of gratefulness has proven to be one of the Creators universal laws. We can not live a useful life without it, as an attitude of gratitude has a positive effect on every aspect of our physical and spiritual lives.

Jesus teaches and encourages us to be grateful, for our lives are reflections of our thoughts, our thoughts are energy and become physical manifestations. Remember, whatever you think about the most you will attract, so when you’re in an attitude of gratitude, you will automatically draw abundance into your life.

I Am Grateful Action Plan

  • Each day, throughout the day, think about all that you’re grateful for.
  • Take the time to write down twenty-five things, challenges, or situations you are grateful for.
  • Post your list somewhere you can easily see it.
  • Read your list at least once a day and say out loud – Thank you, Thank you, thank you.
  • Update gratefulness list as more things you are grateful for come to mind. Focus in on having at least one-hundred things you are grateful for added to your list within thirty days.
  • Share what you are grateful for with family and friends.

Feel the gratitude developing every cell of your body.  Let your attitude of gratitude draw more and more beautiful things into your life.  You deserve them.

A Mans Character Is Revealed In His Approach To Lifes Circumstances

The circumstances in which a man finds himself does not determine who the man is. Each situation he encounters gives him the opportunity to test himself and see whether his thoughts are divisive, self-serving, and mean-spirited or kind, loving, and virtuous. I believe that the man whose thoughts are focused on what is kind, loving and virtuous will live out their lives ineffective actions that are overflowing with the fruits that come from a good spirit.

Each of us is connected to the Great I Am through our thoughts. Our thoughts are the most powerful of tools as they empower us to do good or evil. We are made up of thoughts, we are not robots(unless we choose to be), but thinkers who have a free choice in every matter concerning our lives. We and we alone are the authors all of our thoughts. With each thought serving as the cornerstone of most everything, we can imagine into existence.

When we find ourselves not obtaining our hearts desires and thwarted at every step, it’s usually because we have not put much thought into what we are trying to achieve. When we think about and focus on our desires and live as if they had already been granted, we automatically lift ourselves out of every earthly quagmire and set ourselves up to feast on our fulfilled desires.

The kingdom of God is within us and recognizing that we are divine son’s and daughter’s of the I Am helps us to have divine thoughts which culminate in holy actions and divine ends. Our prayerful and humble recognition of who we are in Christ frees us from our self-imposed bondage, enabling us to think noble thoughts which in turn enable us to bring about physical demonstrations of healing, health, kindness, and love, in our world.

So, it’s not what we wish for that we get; but we get what we think about the most, as the thoughts we focus on the most, are the ones that come alive and form up in the physical realm. Having this understanding enables us to take responsibility for our thought life and what happens in our lives. We truly do have divine responsibility for our thought life as our thoughts can bring about pain and suffering or peace and love.

When our thoughts, prayers, and desires are manifested in harmony with our Christ Consciousness, we find ourselves experiencing the peace of God, as we’re no longer bound by conscious or unconscious thoughts that thwart our ability to manifest the righteous desires of our hearts.

All of us want better lives, but how many of us are willing to change ourselves, do what it takes to improve ourselves and the lives of those among us? When we improve and change ourselves, it sometimes means giving up the person who we thought we were. It sometimes means having to crucify our egos, dying to our earthly desires.

So, today we seek to improve our circumstance, not by changing the world and people around us, but by changing our own thoughts about who we are and how we can be loving, kind and generous to ourselves as well as to each person who comes into our lives. It’s my opinion that for myself, I must be willing to give up who I believe I am and die to my little earthly self so my eternal spiritual self can reflect the I Am’s divinity that is within me and makes up who I really am.

Blessings, Robert “Bobby” Morgan

The Power Of Positive Words

“Gracious words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body.”

Today, may the words that come forth from my mouth inspire, heal and bring peace to all who hear them. May not only mankind but all creation be lifted up energized and empowered by my thoughts, words, and presence.

Today, may all my words create actions that reflect the thoughts that flow from my heart. May each word shine like the sun bringing warmth and comfort to the pained, hope to the downtrodden and encouragement to the discouraged.

Today, may each word I speak, ignite a light in the darkness, illuminating life’s pathways and providing life-giving energy to all who hear.  May my focus always be on holding myself in a state of gratitude, for everything that happens and speaking to myself and all creation with grace, kindness, encouragement, and love.

Today, may I only speak positive words, making them present in all my speech my greatest goal. May these actions become my daily habit, letting them change me so that I might fully serve my fellow man in body, mind, and spirit.

“A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in a setting of silver.”

Love and blessings,

Robert Morgan “Bobby”

Speaking positive words creates a good vibration that lifts us and others out of the gloom, helping us to resonate with all that is good in creation.

Dreams Come True When You Stop Trying To Manifest And Align With Love

Manifesting what we desire is an amazing feeling of accomplishment. The more we do it, the easier it becomes to manifest what is most beneficial for ourselves and in alignment with God’s highest purpose, shown through “agape,” selfless love in action.

For me, manifesting is like “praying without ceasing,” every manifestation is a miraculous event, that brings about goodness, kindness, strength, honor, faith, grace, forgiveness, healing, patience, stillness, knowledge, wisdom, financial security, mercy, love, and forgiveness. These are but a few of the many circumstances I now find myself in as I live a life of miracles.  The more I manifest from a heart aligned with the heart of LOVE that lives in me, the Great I AM is replacing the little me, my little I am, more day-by-day,

I love manifesting miracle after miracle, each manifestation serves as a basis for the next one, like I said it’s like saying never-ending prayers all of which are being answered before I have finished praying.  I find myself in this perfect manifesting state when I am manifesting from my heart and not my head.  I know there are many things I want, but some of my desires may not be in alignment with Love “God Is Love,” so I now always ask will this manifestation make me a more loving person? Will it bring me closer to being one with the heart of The Great I AM? Will what I manifest bless others? If I cannot answer yes to theses three questions, I know it’s not in divine order to bring forth the manifestation, at this time.

Here’s something really awesome, that’s happened to me over the past year or so. It’s as if I no longer am asking for something to materialize. I feel the miracle has already happened and my state of manifestation is a celebratory acknowledgment of what already has come into materialization.  It’s more like I feel I already have it before I can manifest it. It’s as if my grateful heart sees’s my desire already manifested, already in place, my prayers answered before I asked. Now it seems all I want to do is say thank you, thank you, thank you to my Creator, the world and myself.

One last thing that has absolutely helped me in my life of manifesting is to always pray and meditate upon how or what I’m about to manifest will affect my life, especially my spiritual life as it relates to my Christ consciousness.  I now spend more time in the state of prayer and meditation than I do focused on actually manifesting. Unfortunately, some of what I’ve manifested over the past years was directed by my mind, not my heart, and I’ve found that manifesting my desires is much easier than living with some of the circumstances I have created. My advice is ALWAYS manifest from a heart, aligned with love and the materialization of your manifestation will bring about wonderful results for you and all mankind.

I am at peace with my life, and my heartfelt manifestations. I am grateful for all I have learned and am learning.  In the new year, I  pray that each of us will find our lives energized by the Spirit, the I Am, the Creator, the Christ or by whatever name you to call LOVE.  So, let the manifestations begin and our dreams lived.

Blessings, Robert C. Morgan “Bobby”
